DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Get in touch with customers over the phone and remind their arrears in settling instalments of respective financial facilities, and drive them to pay off the remaining outstanding amounts at earliest possible time
Plan an effective course of action to recover outstanding payments and negotiate for payoff deadlines or payment plan
Ensure meeting monthly call centre targets, stipulated by the management
Participate for monthly recoveries meetings and present updates and suggestions
Record and store customer information for reports generating
Attend to customer inquiries as and when required, in a timely manner
Maintain and update the recovery management system with relevant details of customers and then* facilities
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a similar capacity, commercial bank financial institution is preferred
Should possess an academic record which includes the completion of GCE O/L and A/L examinations
Age below 30 years
Excellent communication skills speaking and wanting skills in Sinhala and English is a must - Tamil would be a definite advantage
Exceptional public relation skills and a gh level of computer literacy
Ability to carry out given tasks independently with minimum supervision and perform under pressure
