DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Come up with lead generation strategies for 3 main product lines; ERP, HRM and Cloud
Advise the management on marketing initiatives to develop the RFR brand in the market and execute them effectively
Achieve set sales targets on a timely basis
Maintain a healthy pipeline
Attend prospect meetings and develop strong relationship with key stakeholders
Gather customer requirements effectively and communicate to the technical teams
Coordinate with the technical team and arrange demonstrations
Handle first-level presentations
Involve in organizing company events
Work with design teams to develop marketing materials and brandings
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing
