DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Handling all calls and assisting all queries related to the products.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate options.
Deal with occurring problems, complaints or refunds.
Enter data into our booking platform and maintain client data and bookings.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve customer issues.
Maintain statistics, generate performance reports on a monthly basis.
Make online reservations on-behalf of customers and collect payment/fees.
Meet service level agreements and targets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Travel Trade, Call Centre operation, handling B2B or online reservations.
Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
Possess good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
Willingness and ability to work on shift/rotational shift basis.
The candidate should be willing to handle customer calls during or after business hours if required.
Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team member.
Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
