Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent from a recognized
educational institute with over 2+ years of experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Perform software product demonstrations to any prospective client.
Software Installation and user training of Software Products.
Attending to Software Break Downs (online/customer site). ^Attending to
Data Base Problems(online/customer site). ^Installation of software modifications and updates.
Troubleshoot for any failure in all software products and recommend corrective action
Attend client sites to perform all preventive maintenance procedures.
Operate RIT customer service help desk.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent from a recognized
educational institute with over 2+ years of experience.
Knowledge of programming languages, C#.net, databases (T SQL , SQL Server 2008 ) and operating
systems.
Ability to design project proposals.
Experience in troubleshooting software deployments in operating environments.
Skills to move and work efficiently with other teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Need to work on a roaster basis and willing to travel customer sites when necessary.
Being fluent in English and good presentation skills will be an added advantage.
