Ensure excellence in key operational HR Processes of talent acquisition and development, onboarding, training and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits administration, exit management, employee recognition, employee engagement and employer branding.
Ensure effectiveness in HR and administration operational functions
Identify and implement best practices in HR Management
Be a part of group sustainability
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Definite hotel HR & Administration experience highly advantageous

Possess associate FCHRM/ CCHRM or Diploma in HR or Business Administration qualification with 01-03 years' work experience
Good team player with staff
Very good interpersonal & leadership skills
Ability to multitask and priorities daily workload under pressure
