Part qualification in ACA, CIMA, ACCA or full qualification in AAT
Minimum of 2-3 years* experience in a similar capacity
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Ensures that set standards are met or exceeded at all times, throughout the property.
Assist Accountant in preparing of periodic internal and external reports required by the Director / General Manager the Annual Budget and any other financial reports that may be required.
Responsible in preparation of daily income/sales and daily journal entry.
Responsible in preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
Responsible in checking and providing information on time or take action for return cheques.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Part qualification in ACA, CIMA, ACCA or full qualification in AAT
Minimum of 2-3 years* experience in a similar capacity
Excellent command of verbal and written English and Sinhala Languages
Computer literate and experienced in the use of Scienter Hotel Management system is highly advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
Experience in hotel/hospitality industry will be a definite advantage
