Degree or professional qualification in HRM or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 04 years of relevant experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Assist the senior management in the development of HR policies in compliance with laws and regulations and best practices which will guide the organization towards it Vision and Mission.
Develop HR strategies, practices, underlying systems, procedures to support the implementation of effective recruitment, coaching and HRD methods within the organization.
Consult & motivate staff to deliver high levels of service to all stakeholders.
Counsel & advise staff on issues such as, discipline, grievance handling, contractual and administrative disputes, performance monitoring.
Interpersonal disputes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree or professional qualification in HRM or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 04 years of relevant experience.
Possess a very strong personality, independent and should value equality.
Work experience in F&B industry would be distinct advantage.
Possess excellent people management skills and should be a team player.
