Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information technology
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Working with Windows Servers 2003 to 2012, VMware, Citrix, VEEAM, Cloud computing and Linux environments (Redhat, CentOS).
Co-ordinate IT security patch management process together with the Systems Assurance team and MOQdigital service desk after-hours support. Ensure IT systems service availability after the execution of patch management life cycle Working with Managed Antivirus platforms such as Kaspersky, Symantec or Sophos
Co-relating data from multiple sources to ensure that system/network is healthy
Performing AV deployments and troubleshooting for existing customers and during TIM projects
Identifying network/systems issues and take appropriate action to keep the customers and the relevant teams involved in the progress
Providing expert technical recommendations for identified problems which may result in technical disruptions to customers network and services
Responsible for monitoring and responding to all alerts received and ensure that alerts have a case and is investigated
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information technology
A minimum of 2 year's experience in working with Windows, Linux, Citrix and VMWare technologies
A Microsoft certification such as MCSA in Windows Server
