DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Develop an understanding of MiHCM, our products, brand and our customers.
Develop Social Media and Google campaigns to support sales and brand awareness activities.
Assist the Sales Team with proposals, presentations, administrative tasks and lead generation support.
Create and/or edit a variety of materials for the web, print, email and social media.
Provide creative and design input to advertising, collateral and video productions.
Understand and implement SEO strategies and digital marketing to further promote our brand and generate leads.
Helping to plan events, projects and campaigns.
Communicating with clients and maintaining good relations.
Create/write and proofread marketing materials such as case studies, testimonials, and presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or CIM.
2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
High level of proficiency and demonstrable working knowledge of Google ads, SEO, Social Media Management, Content Marketing etc.
Creativity and exceptional writing and communications skills.
Solid organisational skills and detail-oriented.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Proactive, can-do attitude, and a desire to learn.
