Partly qualified in Accountancy or a Diploma in Accounting / Human Resources / Business Administration
Sound knowledge of MS Excel and familiar with Payroll processing software
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
To process payrolls and carryout relevant accounting transactions while ensuring accuracy, completeness, confidentiality and timeliness.
To check and verify details and to focus on continuous improvement of quality.
Following all legal and procedural compliance requirements.
Planning and organizing work methodically according to priorities and deadlines.
Documentation and improving processes and procedures.
Meeting all payroll deadlines.
Supporting system migrations/upgrades
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in processing payrolls
A high level of accuracy with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to perform duties with minimum supervision.
