Age below 35
Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
Total experience in HR should be more than 5 years out of which at least 2 years in executive above position/s
Should be conversant in executing employee disciplinary procedures and handling legal matters related to employees, Employee Performance Management and T&D
Strong planning and organizing skills and ability of multi-tasking
