QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Preparation of memos, business letters, board papers, reports etc. with 100% accuracy.
Coordinate and ensure that all internal memos, letters delivered to relevant persons for resolution/reply & maintain an organizer for the Head of Finance and follow up to improve the efficiency of the division.
Coordinate and ensure that all statutory payments, submissions are paid/ submitted on time
Proper arrangement of division, filling, records etc. according to 5S
Coordinate with related parties and complete the Annual Report on the given deadline
