DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
We are looking for an Executive - Human Resources
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Review and development of HR policies, ensure staff awareness of company policies and the application of best practices in the industry.
Execution of disciplinary procedures independently and in a professional manner.
Maintain good employee relationships and enhance employee engagement.
Liaise with the head of departments in forecasting the manpower requirements in order to develop recruitment strategies.
Act as a custodian for all staff personal files.
Handling monthly payroll and statutory payments.
Responsible for conducting monthly audits within the HR department to ensure that all documents and databases are updated in a timely manner and report any non-compliance observed so corrective actions can be undertaken.
Handling and maintaining staff time attendance/leave records.
Responsible for staff welfare, with the ability to handle staff grievance/inquiries.
Candidate profile
Degree or professional qualification in human resources management from a recognised university or institute.
2 Years' experience in a reputed organisation as an HR executive.
Good knowledge of Sri Lanka's labour laws and EPF/ETF related matters.
Self-motivated and able to prioritise work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Strong analytical skills with excellent communication skills.
