DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Customer Support Executive position is responsible for answering inbound calls, processing orders received by mail, telephone, fax, E-mail or personally from customers/company employees, updating the website with publication data and record keeping and in line with achieving sales targets assigned to the call centre team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicant should have passed G.C.E (A/L) Examination.
Fluency in English both verbal & written.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Having experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
