Customer Support Executive

Applicant should have passed G.C.E (A/L) Examination, Fluency in English both verbal & written.

• Customer Support Executive position is responsible for answering inbound calls, processing orders received by mail, telephone, fax, E-mail or personally from customers/company employees, updating the website with publication data and record keeping and in line with achieving sales targets assigned to the call centre team.

•  Applicant should have passed G.C.E (A/L) Examination.
•  Fluency in English both verbal & written.
•  Proficient in relevant computer applications.
•  Having experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
