Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level. Males Preferred. Age below 28 years,
Should have a minimum of two years (2) experience in Call Center Operations in a reputed Insurance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Obtain accurate details of the accident & update the system
Allocation of damage appraisers and carry out follow up calls
Handle & resolve customer inquiries & complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level. Males Preferred. Age below 28 years
Should have a minimum of two years (2) experience in Call Center Operations in a reputed Insurance or related Company.
Willingness to work on a shift and rotation basis
Very clear & pleasant voice
Good communication skills both Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be a distinct advantage
Willingness to listen and understand the customer and ability to manage time effectively
Ability to work in teams and Computer literate
Part qualification in Insurance exams would be a distinct advantage.
