HND/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Networking from a recognized institute, MCSA / CCNA or other vendor certifications will be advantageous
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Provide Network / System support to onsite and remote users by following ITIL or equivalent process to ensure smooth operations.
Installation/troubleshooting of hardware and software in end-user workstations and laptops
Assist with preparation of documentation and SOPs of IT systems and networks
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
HND/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Networking from a recognized institute
MCSA / CCNA or other vendor certifications will be advantageous
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Between the age of 23 - 27
Good decision-making and communication skills
Experience in Level 2 Remote / Onsite technical support
Good knowledge of Windows Desktop support and Server Technologies
Good knowledge of basic networking concepts and technologies
Exposure to cloud & visualization technologies
Documentation / Writing skills and excellent command of the English language
Great team player who willing to learn with "Can do attitude"
