DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Monitor the a ppl i cations, systems and hardware in the processing environment for abnormal processing conditions.
Monitor that the service levels with the banks are met. Performances below service levels must be investigated and improved immediately.
Research and resolve user problems as well as issues and problems with software systems, operations processing assigned processing environments.
Follow escalation procedures when appropriate to resolve processing problems and user problems in a timely manner and meet service levels and other standards for the job.
Coordinate the testing of applications, systems, processes and procedures, hardware and/or software changes.
Assist to conduct tests of software changes or changes to processes and procedures before implementation in the processing environment. Assist to address or solve external/ internal customer needs and issues
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Diploma in Computer Science/IT from a recognized institute with 5-year relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in Executive level
Knowledge in open source (Unix, Linux), use of electronic payment product control tools
Functional knowledge in the areas of ATM, POS, EFT switching, EMV Chip Cards and Fraud Prevention tools
