Full or Part qualification of CASL / CIMA / ACCA. Bachelor's Degree specialising in Finance
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Preparing financials statements and management reports to the CEO
Cash flow management and preparing manufacturing unit cost calculations (Bill of Materials)
Computing taxes and preparing tax returns (SVAT, VAT, NBT, ESC and WHT)
Issuing credit vouchers for SVAT purchase orders
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and dealing with freight forwarders for TIEP
Liaising with bank, tax authorities, auditors and treasury to handle transactions and assess suitable currency conversion dates
Creating commercial invoices, packing lists and MUD forms for export orders
Managing procurement and maintaining correct stock and inventory levels to minimise wastage
Review and report of production efficiencies, inefficiencies and wastages related to factory operation
Ensure accuracy of payments related to the factory including Wages, EPF, ETF and Taxes
Processing new starters, terminations, payroll and leave reconciliations on a monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Full or Part qualification of CASL / CIMA / ACCA
Bachelor's Degree specialising in Finance
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Knowledge of Accounting software and exposure to SAP would be an added advantage
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Travelling to different locations and departments (IRD, Bank, Labour Department etc.)
Knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and procurement
Ability to work without supervision; and meet deadlines in an accurate and timely manner.
