DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Receiving sales orders and Supporting the sales team in attaining departmental targets Invoicing coordinating the delivery of goods according to a delivery plan Accurate and timely follow up of debtors
Telemarketing to find new customers and to create sales Maintaining customer database, product information, call records and updated price lists Resolving customer complaints and problems
Maintaining department meeting minutes and follow up on action points
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Passed GCE Advanced Level OR Passed GCE Ordinary Level with Credit Passes for Mathematics & English
