DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Develop and achieve short and long term business objectives, by conceptualizing and deploying strategic marketing plans for the product portfolios in focus
Conceptualize and oversee, advertising and promotional activities across all mediums while ensuring all marketing activities are in line with organization brand strategies
Proactively drive growth in market share while retaining and acquiring new customers across relevant segments
Carry out market research, gather intelligence and capture consumer insights in order to evaluate and forecast future demand while monitoring competitor activities and initiatives
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies while also providing analytical data for other interrelated departments Managing the performance of the team and be responsible for the overall administration of the marketing function
Demonstrate experience in identifying new markets both locally and overseas and be able to assess the competition and industry trends, in order to develop market penetration strategies and increase brand visibility Maintain excellent working relationships with with customers and suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should possess a degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Marketing from a reputed institute A minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Management position.
