Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science preferred).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the IT industry and a minimum of 1-year experience in providing Support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Cover the first level of SRE activities before engaging with experienced SMEs.
Implement best-practice methods and procedures for continual improvement.
In cloud-based setups, manage accessibility, application level, OS level security, infrastructure scaling and cost optimization.
Maintain documentation, including architecture procedures, and other relevant data of each deployment.
In the scope of Incident management, provide on-call support and engage with customer/external vendors to troubleshoot issues within the deployment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a related field {Computer Science preferred).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the IT industry and a minimum of 1-year experience in providing Support.
Experience supporting mission-critical/high uptime systems is also desired.
Experience in working on Linux/Unix environments.
Experience in AWS/GCP cloud environment administration and knowledge on Kubernetes would be an added advantage.
Knowledge on WS02 technologies - WS02 AM, IS, ESB and El.
