Part or Full Qualification in AAT/NAITA or Part Qualification ICASL or Degree Holders in Related Field
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Handling-Payment Files Suppliers, Subcontractors, Etc.../ Preparing Payment vouchers/arranging cheques Coordinating with Suppliers, Subcontractors/Site Supervisors and arranging payments Preparation of Budgets Maintaining Timely Records Petty cash Handling Preparation of Bank Reconciliations Proper update of Bank guarantees/loans/leases etc.
Timely update management regarding any actions to be taken.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Part or Full Qualification in AAT/NAITA or Part Qualification ICASL or Degree Holders in Related Field
2 to 3 years working experience in Similar working Environment Computer operating knowledge like MS office package, Internet & E-mail Ability to work with Quick Book Package would be additional advantage Planning, communication and negotiation skills with a high sense of responsibility
