DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and administration budget.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents related to administration.
Coordinate the janitorial staff and sanitary facilities in the premises.
Assisting HR & Administration Manager on updating office administration policies as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
Arrange Daily travel and transportation request of the staff.
Schedule in-house and external events when necessary.
Handle all the Company mobile bills, landline bills and all the utility bills.
Coordinate with Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation and provide Hospitalization Medical insurance cover and the OPD Medical insurance cover for confirmed employees.
Meet all the KPI's set by the HR & Administration Manager on a weekly/monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
3 years of experience in the field of office administration will be a mandatory qualification A male candidate below 30 years of age
A good understanding on Procurement process will be an added advantage
Full or partial completion of recognized HR or Procurement educational qualification
Sound verbal and written English / Sinhala Communication Skills
Ability to prioritize and complete given tasks accordingly
