Minimum 3 years' experience in an AML/compliance role
Experience reviewing and assessing different client and investor structures for KYC/AML purposes
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Liaise with internal business units for the collection of required documentation and information to complete Know Your Client (KYC) profiles
Maintain an overview of complete and incomplete KYC records and ensure action is taken to complete all KYC records
Proactive follow-up on pending KYC requests in compliance with escalation and follow-up procedures
Input accurate and fully confirmed information and data to relevant AML databases as directed by the Compliance Officer or their delegate
Ensure the AML applications are consistent with the Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing policies and procedures
Process weekly screening of client and investor databases
Report any valid or possible matches in relation to Sanctions/Politically Exposed Persons screening
Liaise with and refer any cases to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer that cause suspicion or do not meet guidelines
Maintain a record of all KYC documents and research results to support client and investor files
Any other ad-hoc duties and projects, as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years' experience in an AML/compliance role
Experience reviewing and assessing different client and investor structures for KYC/AML purposes
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills
A self-starter with a committed, enthusiastic and flexible approach
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word is a must and
experience with AML software applications, in general, would be beneficial
High level of proficiency conducting internet research
Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
