Possess a Degree/Higher National Diploma from a recognized University.
Work experience of 7-8 years in the relevant field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Administrate and handle group level administration budgets to identify cost optimization teqniques and methods that could apply.
Analyze admin data and provide reports to the senior management with suggestions and recommendations.
Manage all activities of the administrative staff and introduce new methods to improve the current practises and standards and to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Administer the organizational Security, Transport, Canteen and Janitorial requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations and functions of the department to support the company to achieve its objectives through continuous innovations and improvements.

Overlook overall building and facilities maintenance while developing and applying Preventive Maintenance Routines.
Manage construction and building infrastructure projects (Capex & Opex) where applicable including health & safety, cost and quality.
Lead the performance and contract management discussions/decisions in relation to the level of service delivery by external suppliers.
Develop and implement Annual Maintenance Contracts with appropriate service levels.
Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards while complying with all internal and external regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Degree/Higher National Diploma from a recognized University.
Work experience of 7-8 years in the relevant field.
Exposure in the apparel industry will be a distinct advantage.
Excellent PR Skills
Possess good IT literacy skills especially in MS Office;
Excellent command of the English Language both oral and written;
