Part / Full qualification in PQHRM from CIPM or University Degree in HR/Business Administration.
Should have a minimum of 4 years' of working experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Grievance Handling
Employee Services - Welfare etc.
Event Management
Disciplinary Management
Employee documentation management -Personal Files, ABH etc.
Statutory compliance -Labour Legislations etc.
Coordinate all other HR activities and assist to the Assistant Manager-HR
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Age between 27-35 years old
Part / Full qualification in PQHRM from CIPM or University Degree in HR/Business Administration.
Should have a minimum of 4 years' of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential information in a well-organized manner.
Should possess a fair knowledge in Labour Laws and modern HR Practices.
Should possess a good command of English, both oral and written and must be computer literate (MS Office Applications & HRIS,)
Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision.
