DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
We are looking for a Production Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc Degree in Food Science/Agriculture/Bio Science /Physical Science or NDT
Age between 30-45 years, with hands-on experience on the production floor with the ability of planning, setting up of production lines, monitoring and achieving targets, whilst maintaining the superior quality and drive to steer a team of the specialized workforce to meet the ever-increasing demands of our overseas buyers.
Minimum 5years' experience in a similar capacity in the food industry is preferred. However suitable candidates with sufficient experience and knowledge in any other large industry also could be considered.
Knowledge on implementing HACCP procedures would be advantageous. Preference would be given to candidates having good knowledge of EU.FDA requirements and Japanese Standards in respect of Fresh and Frozen Sea Food products. In addition to the above, you should have a good knowledge of plant and machinery in the factory, factory maintenance and management.
Liaising with our plants we operate in other countries, to ensure the continuous introduction of enhanced techniques would be a part of your role.
