DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Coordinate with clients and convey their requirements to the in-house workforce.
Provide prompt and professional replies to clients and head office.
Assisting in all administration related activities and coordinating with the internal teams to address business requirements.
Understanding daily workload and distribution of workload among teams.
Managing the workforce in order to maintain high quality and efficient service.
Responsible for preparing and submitting all relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports according to management and client requirements.
Recommend and implement changes to the workflows and operation to maximize production efficiencies.
Investigate problems, analyse root causes related to production and come up with solutions.
Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
GCE Advanced Level with 'A' or 'B' pass for General English.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Should be a confident, dynamic team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy with MS office package, Internet and E-mail is essential.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Possessing a Diploma in English/Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification or past experience in similar capacity is an added qualification.
Able to work from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm or 11.30 am to 8.30 pm is considered as an added advantage.
