POSITION SUMMARY
Hotel school diploma or NVQ 3rd level (From Prima Baking School or any recognized institute)Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in the Food & Beverage / Hotel
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for completing the production requirement on a daily basis
Should be able to understand order and help the preparation of orders for the production and other areas
Should be able to monitor stock levels and informing the relevant personnel on the same
Should ensure all orders are prepared and given to the customers on time
Should be able to train and mentor the trainees
Should ensuring the plating has been done in a proper manner
Responsible to clean and arrange kitchen
Responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the kitchen
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Hotel school diploma or NVQ 3rd level (From Prima Baking School or any recognized institute)
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in the Food & Beverage / Hotel industry will be an advantage.
Should be aged between 20 - 30 years.
Should Ideally have proven experience in a similar role
Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to work a flexible schedule including long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Possess good mathematical & basic computer skills. Should possess the ability to work under pressure.
