We are looking for a Senior Software Support Engineer
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent with minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Software Support
Experience in Windows System Administration (US configuration and troubleshooting, etc.) Basic Knowledge of Networking, Firewall, and Load Balancing concepts and their configuration. Sound knowledge in AWS and Azure cloud concepts
Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server
Automation skills using PowerShell, Python and JavaScript; knowledge in Crystal Reports, XML will be an added advantage.
Having excellent communication skills is a must
Prefer experience at an IT1L based Application Support environment.
