A degree / professional qualifications in Logistic Management/ Facility Management or related discipline from a reputed institution with a minimum
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Lead and responsible for the smooth functioning of Engineering - Maintenance / Security, Transport and Fire/ Housekeeping & Laundry / Food & Beverages divisions. Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of operational activities.
Create, review and implement targets, strategies, process, policies, KPI's and standard procedures to ensure efficiency across all functions
Ensure the safety & security of all visitors' patients and employees of the hospital facility and its outstation labs, as well as the security of buildings, materials and assets according to standards.
Maintain smooth functioning of all F&B operations to the highest standard. Ensure an infection-free working environment while ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance as per the JCI guidelines and safety standards.
Effective and efficient facility management and enhancing the quality and delivery of the service.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A degree / professional qualifications in Logistic Management/ Facility Management or related discipline from a reputed institution with a minimum of 05 years' post-qualifying experience in a similar capacity.
Preference will be given to professionals worked in the service industry.
Previous exposure to Healthcare/ Hospitality sector would be an added advantage.
