POSITION SUMMARY
Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Collecting all the documents related to the project from any parties related to the project starting from scratch.
Build up, manage and control filing systems for the project in soft and hardcopy
Control numbering systems of any official document by manually referring to project requirement
Maintain the latest revision of the documents to support project flow and supersede previous revisions.
Maintaining Controlled copy for site usage and ensure the latest revision and completeness of the documents/drawings
Maintain quality control of the documents received ad update poor quality documents from a consultant.
Prepare the Master list and updating any movement of the document. Circulate weekly to related parties.
Inquiry any potential subcontractor/Supplier for the project. Make an arrangement with them for their product presentation and follow up for any proposal/quotation.
Manage team schedules and engage with all consultant for product presentation by potential suppliers/subcontractors.
Receive brochures/Magazines/Company Profiles/Catalogues and etc. Prepare mini-library completed with call number for each document for easily tracking and access
Receive samples from potential suppliers/Subcontractors. Prepare mini-museum concept and make it available and easy access by project team and consultants
Prepare Mini Library and Mini Museum Master list and circulate weekly.
