Minimum 3 + years as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
The BA is expected to gather documents and analyze business requirements from US clients
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Developing documentation that include requirements documents, project estimates, wireframes, user stories, business cases, capital requests, work-flow diagrams and status reports.
Work with Project Managers and Tech Leads to improve internal processes and drive efficiencies and productivity
Participating in project User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 + years as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop wire-frames.
workflow diagrams and technical design documentation.
Experience working in Agile based methodologies.
Excellent analytical and communications skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Passion for technology and inclined to stay up-to-date on trending technologies.
