DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Be a team player with strong customer service skills
Be able to provide operational support in a highly confidential, Past-paced and dynamic environment
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to produce high quality and accurate correspondence and documents
Be fluent in Sinhala/English
Possess strong IT skills with the ability to use spreadsheets, databases and digital HR tools and platforms
Possess related HR qualifications from a reputed University/Institution
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Attending to a broad range of HR and administrative functions
Preparation, maintenance and updating of files/records within the department in a timely manner for effective management decision making
Supporting multiple activities of the department by liaising effectively with a wide variety of internal/external customers, including Heads of Divisions
Supporting to drive HR functional excellence and process improvement initiatives across the company
