Our client is looking for a Training & Systems Specialist
• Microsoft certification (MCP/MCSA)
• 2-3 years in an IT Help desk / desktop support environment.
• Must be an enthusiastic team member and consider themselves a part of the broader business team. Experience with adventure travel business systems and In-depth global destination and product knowledge
• Knowledge of current Intrepid Group reservation systems Knowledge of current Intrepid Group product systems
• Good analysis skills from people, organization and system perspectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to understand system and business implications of change
• Ability to examine complex processes and work collaboratively with business stakeholders to redesign and implement process changes and ability to plan and deliver training material
