Job Responsibilities:
• Managing and coordinating student database
• Handling learner academic communication
• Handling communication with academic bodies and universities
• Managing effective communication with tutors and assessors
• Learner Registrations and handling learner complaints related to academics
• Communicating with learners when needed
Skills required
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline in English medium
• Minimum 03 years’ experience in a reputed organisation in similar capacity
• Excellent command of English and outgoing personality
• Team working and effective communication skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent work ethics and professional standards
