Our client is looking for an ICT Engineer
• Microsoft certification (MCP/MCSA)
• 2-3 years in an IT Help desk / desktop support environment.
• Good working knowledge of a range of technologies including Windows 2008/2012 Server, Windows.
• Hands on experience in Remote Desktop tools and good knowledge in Service desk systems.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 will be added advantage.
• Exposure to Cloud environment (storage and backup systems).
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure is an advantage
• Understanding of network infrastructure environment (i.e. LAN/WAN)
Skills and Attributes
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in person.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to evaluate IT related issues effectively and assign tasks to appropriate resources.
• Friendly, flexible, adaptable.
