Our client is looking for a Department Secretary
Coordinating all administrative and secretarial functions of the department.
Ensuring effective support and services are provided to the internal /external customers.
Preparing reports and system updates in a timely manner.
Arranging and coordinating Departmental Meetings and Trainings.
Assist Senior Management on day to day activities.
Diploma in Secretarial studies with minimum 02 years’ experience in secretarial/administrative role or
departmental /customer coordination
Good level of communication skills in written & verbal.
Computer literacy in MS Office packages, with typing speed not less than 30wpm.
Age below 35 years
