Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification in the relevant field. 02-04 years' experience in a similar role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Installing and troubleshooting Operating Systems, network internal software, peripherals with software, drivers, and office applications such as Microsoft Office, design suit, etc.
Install, configure and maintain firewalls, routers and anti-virus applications.
Set up and maintain e-mails and other related software use on a daily basis, to existing and new employees.
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible security lapses.
Suggest and maintain daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media on-site or off-site.
Set Policies and processes on end-user, IT, data protection, etc. and ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/ regulations and statutory requirements in respect of Act's that are regulatory.
Work closely with the IT suppliers and service providers to build a strong relationship to ensure uninterrupted services.
Support general administration functions of the company by ensuring that general office supplies are maintained at an optimum level and re-orders are completed on a timely basis.
Ensure all office repair and maintenance requirements are attended and completed as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification in the relevant field
02-04 years' experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
Technical know-how on Hardware, Networking and Software troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills in English and Interpersonal skills
Organizational skills and effective time management skills
