DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of
human resources plans and programs are realized. >- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to the employees.
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems. ^ Ensuring to fill the cadre requirement on time with right skills.
Ensuring to meet the deadlines, keeping records and comply with all statutory and compliance requirements.
Coordinate and maintain good relationship with all employees and external parties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Academic / Professional qualifications in Human Resources or Administration from a recognized institute/University.
Working experience of 3 years or above in Human Resources. Worked in a manufacturing facility would be a definite advantage.
Below 30 years of age.
Capable of identifying requirements to deliver the above responsibilities independently.
