DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Support end-users on IT related issues and ensure the smooth functioning of business operation
Attend to daily IT operational issues via Helpdesk tickets
Monitor & manage the end-user patch updates it Visit remote sites to provide IT support
Manage Voice, Data and PABX related requests
Support for end-user device configurations, (Laptops, Desktops and Mobile Phones)
Diploma or Professional qualification in IT from a recognized University/ Institute
Minimum of 2 years experience (Microsoft or CISCO technologies) Exposure to Office 365 environment will be an added advantage
Ability to learn and apply the latest IT concepts and Technologies Network and Systems administration skills
Highly Motivated and willing to work extended hours
