DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Achieve Sales & Marketing objectives by preparing an annual budget; forecasting requirements and scheduling expenditure.
Monitoring Sales performance, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate consumer and trade promotion programs.
Build & sustain rapport with key accounts & Modern Trade through regular meetings, reviews; understanding specific need and anticipating new opportunities.
Assess merchandising requirement and ensure execution.
Identify business expansion opportunities by exploring new channels of growth & expanding current channels.
Manage and motivate the team to achieve the set objectives.
Regular visits to trade to understand & study competition
