Excellent command of the English Language & Computer Literacy
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Acting as the first point of contact for the Managing Partner
Manage and maintain the Appointment diary & update appointments with timely reminders.
Independently manage all day to day secretarial work of the Managing Partner whilst ensuring the confidentially of all correspondence.
Schedule meetings on behalf of the Managing Partner and coordinate with the relevant person/persons including logistical arrangements & Minute proceedings of the meetings as required.
Handle all documents, emails, calls and manage day to day administrative matters and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Managing Partner.
Handle invitations to Managing Partner and deal with those appropriately.
Attending to overseas travelling arrangements and visa requirements as and when necessary.
Perform other general administration/coordination matters in the firm when required.
Manage and coordinate with internal parties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
3 Passes at the GCE A/L examination
Professional Qualification in Secretary Practice from a recognized Institute
Excellent command of the English Language & Computer Literacy
Minimum 1 or more years' experience as Personal Assistant to MD/Director/CEO
