A Bachelor degree from a recognized university or above/ equivalent qualification, Possess at least 3 years of experience in Banking/ AML/CFT and KYC areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Support in AML regulatory risk management, compliance advisory and execution.
Provide administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, policies and completing projects.
Remain abreast of the status of compliance activities and provide compliance awareness for all employees in the Bank.
Analyze compliance matters; identify compliance vulnerabilities and recommend potential control measures.
Organizing, designing and delivering compliance training.
Monitoring and reporting suspicious transactions, case investigation and sanction monitoring.
Keep Compliance Officer and the Management of the Bank informed of all developments with regard to AML/CFT and CDD issues.
Maintain a track record on regulatory reporting done by various Departments and ensure 100% compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor degree from a recognized university or above/ equivalent qualification.
Possess at least 3 years of experience in Banking/ AML/CFT and KYC areas.
Good level of experience in Core Banking systems & General Banking operations.
Identify training needs and provide training to the Bank staff on the topics under responsible areas.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Experience in both Transaction Monitoring and Client Screening.
