Bachelor's degree or professional qualification related to Human Resources Management from a recognized university/institution, Good command in written and spoken English is a must
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Handling and managing all Human Resources related tasks of the company.
Maintenance of HR records such as personal files, attendance sheets, and payroll.
Handling the recruitment and termination processes related to the region
Attending and overseeing the issues related to labour regulations and industrial relations
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification related to Human Resources Management from a recognized university/institution
Good command in written and spoken English is a must
Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Payroll systems and HRMS
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
